Tomato and Pickle Roll ups
Recipe from Summer Sensations Booklet
16 Slices Deli Turkey Thinly Sliced (lunch meat)
4 Roma Tomatoes, Sliced lengthwise
16 Dill pickle sliced, sliced length wise
16 toothpicks
For each roll up, lay a slice of the turkey flat. Place a
slice of tomato on the center of the turkey, then place a pickle on top of the
tomato. Choose an edge of the turkey slice and roll up like a tube. Pierce the
center with a toothpick to hold together. Makes 16
