Double Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
Recipe from packaging from cake mix box Betty Crocker
2 eggs
2/3 cup shortening
¼ cup water
1 package dark chocolate fudge cake mix
1 cup quick cooking oats
1 package (6oz) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat eggs, shortening, water and
half of the cake mix (dry) until smooth. Stir the remaining cake mix, the oats
and the chocolate pieces. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto
ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Cool slightly before removing it
from baking sheet. About 5 dozen.
