Herbed French Bread or Garlic herbed bread

Easy basic recipe everyone should have to make Herbed French Bread Taste of Home annual recipes 1997 ¼ cup butter 2 TBSP olive oil 1 garlic clove, minced 3 TBSP grated Parmesan cheese 2 TBSP chopped fresh chives 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1 loaf (8oz) French Bread cut into ½ slices Melt butter in saucepan. Add oil and garlic; sauté until garlic is tender. Remove from heat; stir in parmesan, chives and mustard. Cool for 5 minutes or until creamy. Spread on one side of each slice of bread. Place with buttered side up on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes or broil for 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Yield 4 to 6 servings. Cheddar puffs Easy homemade snack for all ages

Cheddar Puffs 1 Cup shredded Cheddar cheese ¼ to ½ cup flour ¼ cup butter melted ½ tsp ground mustard Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Roll into 1” balls. Place on an ungreased baking sheet (use parchment or baking mat) one inch apart. Bake at 400-degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm. check out how I made them here

Make a head Chicken casserole Southern living 1984 1 (7 oz) package of elbow macaroni 3 cups chopped cooked Chicken 1 small onion, chopped 1 2 ½ oz jar canned sliced mushrooms drained 2 cups shredded cheese 2 cups milk 1 can cream of celery soup undiluted ½ tsp salt Cook macaroni according to package, drain. Add remaining ingredients to macaroni mixing well. Spoon into lightly greased 3-quart baking dish. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Remove from refrigerator; let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Bake uncovered at 350=degrees for 45 minutes. Yield 6 to 8 servings.
