Sour Cream Meatballs

Sour Cream Meat Balls

Recipe from The Four Ingredient cookbook

1 ½ pounds lean ground beef

1 (8 oz) carton sour cream

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp of salt

Mix ground beef, garlic powder, salt and ½ of the sour cream together. Form the mixture into Balls. Brown the meatballs in a skillet and place in a baking dish. Spread remaining sour cream on the meat balls and bake at 350 Degrees for 30 minutes.
