Cream Cheese Lemon Frosting
Recipe from My Favorite Recipes 1959
Blend together
3 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp grated lemon peel
Add gradually, beating well after each addition
2 ½ cups sifted confectioners’ sugar
If frosting is too stiff to spread, add
Several drops of milk or cream
Enough to frost sides and top of one 8-inch square cake
