Pea Salad

Recipe for Pea Salad

Recipe from The Four Ingredient Cookbooks

1 (10oz) package frozen green peas, thawed

½ cup cheddar cheese, cubed

½ cup celery, chopped

½ cup sour cream

Combine the above ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for several hours, covered. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
