Golden Parmesan Potatoes

Recipe from the Booklet Potatoes 1995

2 lbs. new potatoes cut into quarters

1/3 cup of olive oil

1 ½ tsp Italian seasoning

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Toss potatoes with oil, seasoning and garlic. Add cheese; mix lightly. Place it in 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Bake 45 minutes. Serves 8
