Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Recipe for Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Recipe from Philadelphia recipe card collection

2 ½ lbs baking potatoes (about 7), peeled, quartered

4 cloves of garlic, minced

1 (8oz) tub cream cheese

1 TBSP butter

Cook potatoes and garlic in boiling water in a large saucepan for about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender; drain. Mash potatoes until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Makes 8 servings, about ½ Cup each
