Country Chicken Casserole
Recipe from Campbells Recipe card Collection
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 can condensed cream of potato soup
1 Cup of milk
¼ tsp dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/8 tsp black pepper
4 Cups cooked cut vegetables
2 Cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
1 ½ cups of water
4 TBSP butter
4 Cups herb seasoned stuffing
Stir the soups, milk, thyme, pepper, vegetables and chicken into
a 13x9x2 inch shallow baking dish. Heat the water and butter in a 2 quart
saucepan over high heat to a boil. Add the stuffing and stir lightly to coat.
Spoon the stuffing over the chicken mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes
or until hot. Recommend to use cut green beans and sliced carrots.
