Chocolate Brownies

Recipe for Homemade Chocolate Brownies

2 eggs

1 Cup of sugar

½ tsp vanilla

½ cup butter, melted

½ cup flour

1/3 cup cocoa powder

¼ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

½ cup chopped nut (opt)

Grease one 8-inch square pan. Beat eggs in a small mixer bowl. Gradually add sugar and vanilla; beat well. Blend in melted butter. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually add to egg mixture, blending thoroughly. Stir in nuts. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from the edge of pan. Cool in pan. Frost with frosting of your choice and cut 16 brownies.
