Burger Rice Bake
2 Cans Chunky sirloin burger soup
1 Cup of quick cooking rice, uncooked
1 cup stewed tomatoes
2 tsp chili powder
In 1 ½ quart shallow baking dish 10 x 6 x 2 inch, combine
ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until rice is done; stir.
Garnish with sliced hard cooked egg if desired. Makes about 5 cups.
