Supreme Green Beans
Recipe from Velveeta recipe box
4 Cups fresh cut green beans or 2 (9oz) packages frozen
green beans
½ tsp dill weed
½ lb Velveeta, cubed
1 tsp dry mustard
6 crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled
Cook beans with dill weed; drain. Add Velveeta and mustard;
mix lightly. Spoon into 1 quart casserole; top with bacon. Bake at 350 degrees
for 15 minutes. Stir before serving. 6 to 8 servings.
Variation: Substitute ½ cup sliced almonds, toasted for
bacon.
