Salad Dressing

Recipe from Vintage recipe card

¼ Cup olive oil

1 TBSP Dijon mustard

2 TBSP red wine vinegar or sherry vinegar

2 TBSP lemon juice

Feta cheese

Roasted shelled pumpkin seeds.

No directions on the card.

I would mix all liquids and stir together. Add feta cheese and pumpkin seeds when serving.

It will be like a vinaigrette. 

This would make enough for just over 1/2 Cup of dressing.

Store it covered in the refrigerator if you do not use it all.

Make it a head at least 2 hours before serving (that is standard when making a dressing)  

It will last 7 to 10 days in the refrigerator.
