Coconutty Banana Bites
Recipe from Pillsbury Booklet Let’s Celebrate
4 Firm Bananas
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
2/3 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
2 Cups Flaked Coconut, Toasted
Cut Bananas into bite size pieces. Dip in lemon juice; drain
off excess. Dip into Yogurt; roll gently in coconut to coat. Serve immediately
or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving. Serve with cocktail
toothpicks. About 30 snacks.
