Rhubarb Crunch

Recipe note from vintage recipe box circa 1980’s

2 Cups Diced Rhubarb

¼ cup rolled oats

6 TBSP flour

¼ cup brown sugar

¾ white sugar

¼ cup butter

Arrange rhubarb in a greased baking dish mix other ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle this mixture over rhubarb bake in slow oven 325-degrees for 40 minutes.
