Potato Egg Scramble

Dice 4 boiled medium potatoes. Dice 6 slices of bacon fry
until crisp and pour off half the fat. Add potatoes and 1 bunch green onions
chopped. Fry until lightly browned. Add 4 eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir gently until eggs are set. 4 servings.
