Lemon Cake
Vintage recipe card Circa 1980’s
1 box angel food cake mix
2 (210z) cans lemon pie filling
Mix by hand in a large bowl cake mix (dry) and pie filling
until light and fluffy. Pour into 9x13 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25
minutes or until the top starts to brown. Cool on wire rack and sprinkle with
powdered sugar.
