Double Dill Dip

Recipe from Family Living Our Favorite Party Fare

1 cup coarsely chopped kosher dill pickles

1 package (8oz) cream cheese, softened

¼ cup sour cream

1 TBSP fresh dill weed

1/8 tsp ground red pepper

Fresh Dill weed to garnish

Corn chips to serve

Process pickles in a food processer until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and process until well blended. Cover and chill for 2 hours. Garnish with dill weed. Serve with chips. Yield about 2 cups.
