This recipe offers a quick and easy snack or appetizer with
only 4 ingredients. Use any meltable cheese. Enjoy these with kids and adults
alike.
Cheddar Puffs
1 Cup shredded Cheddar cheese
¼ to ½ cup flour
¼ cup butter melted
½ tsp ground mustard
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Roll
into 1” balls. Place on an ungreased baking sheet (use parchment or baking mat)
one inch apart. Bake at 400-degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serve warm.
