Apple Cheddar Bagel Melts
Recipe from Pillsbury summer fun cookbook
1 Large apple, cored and cut into 4 rings, ½ inch thick
2 bagels, cut in half lengthwise
Cinnamon
4 (1oz) slices of cheddar cheese
Top each bagel half with apple slice, sprinkle with cinnamon.
Top each with cheese slice. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes or
until cheese is melted. Serve immediately. 4 sandwiches
