Quick Noodle Beef Bake
Recipe card from vintage recipe box circa 1970’s
Brown 1 pound ground beef with ½ cup chopped onion in large
skillet.
Add 14 ½ oz can Italian style tomatoes, ½ cup Chopped green
pepper. ! TBSP Worcestershire Sauce, 10 ½ oz can beef broth, ½ tsp salt, 1/8
tsp black pepper and 3 Cups dry wide noodles. Break up tomatoes. Simmer covered
for 15-20 minutes or until noodles are tender; stir occasionally.
