Corn Pudding Recipe from 1979

 Here is the recipe from Southern Living Annuals 1979 for Corn Pudding. 

Corn Pudding

Southern Living Annuals 1979

½ Cup Sugar

3 TBSP flour

3 eggs

1 Canned whole kernel Corn, Drained

2 Cups milk

½ tsp salt

¼ cup butter

Combine sugar and flour in medium bowl, add eggs beating well Stir in Corn, milk and salt.

Melt Butter in a lightly greased casserole dish, pour in corn mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until firm. Serve hot. 6 servings
