Chive Butter

½ cup butter
¼ cup chives
4 drops of Worcestershire sauce
Cream Butter thoroughly. Finely chop and make a paste with
the chives. (you want it to be as smooth as possible for a creamy texture) Add
your seasoning. Mix well. Store in the fridge. Use as toast topper, or as a
sandwich filler. This would make a great herbed bread topping.
