Oriental Chicken Salad
Recipe from Handwritten recipe card circa 1980’s
2 Cups Cooked and cubed Chicken
1 Cup chopped celery
½ Cup green pepper, chopped
1 (11oz) can Drained Mandarin Oranges
1 (15oz) Can drained Pineapple chunks
2 tsp grated onion
1 Cup Mayo
2 tsp Yellow Mustard
1 can (5oz) chow main noodles
Mix Mayo, mustard, and onion to make the dressing. Add
chicken, celery, green pepper, mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks. Mix all
together. Chill for 1 to 2 hours. Stir and add the chow main noodles before
serving.
To serve. Add chopped lettuce/salad. Eat with Crackers. Make
a sandwich.
