Champagne Ham
Recipe from my personal recipe box
Ham
1 liter to 2 liters of Ginger ale (depends on the size of
the ham)
Put ham cut side down in a roaster pan. Pour ginger ale over
the top of the ham. Cover. You want the ginger ale to come up at least 1” on
the side of the ham.
Roast 350-degree oven for 1-2 hours depending on the size of
the ham. Baste as desired
*Can use a crock pot or slow cooker. Low setting for 4 to 6 hours**
