Molly’s Pork Roast
Recipe from Goose berry patch Superfast slow cooking 2008.
This is considered a current or modern recipe as it is only 17 years old.
3 lb. Boneless pork roast
8 oz. can tomato sauce
¾ Cup Soy sauce
½ Cup sugar
2 tsp dry mustard
Place roast in slow cooker. Combine the remaining
ingredients over roast. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours. Remove roast
when done slice to serve. Makes 8 servings.
