Hashbrown Casserole

1 bag frozen hashbrowns (2lbs)
1 onion chopped
1 can cream mushroom soup
8 oz sour cream
2 cups of cheddar cheese
Thaw potatoes, chop onion and add potatoes. Mix sour cream,
mushroom soup, and cheese. Add potatoes and onion. Put mixture into greased
9x13 pan. Bake at 350-degrees for 1 hour.
