Easy Homemade Pizza Dough
1 Cup Warm water (110-115 degrees)
1 package Active dry yeast (2 ¼ tsp)
1 tsp sugar
2 ½ cups Flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 TBSP olive oil
1 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 450-degrees. Grease pizza pan.
Mix water, yeast, sugar and proof yeast for about 10 mins.
Add flour, baking powder, oil, salt to mixture. Mix on medium speed in mixer
until dough starts to pull away from sides and a soft, sticky dough forms.
Cover dough and rest for 5 minutes. Turn dough out onto a floured surface. Roll
to fit pizza pan. Transfer to pan. Top with toppings as desired. Bake until
golden brown and lightly crisp for 15-20 minutes. Let it cool 5 minutes before
serving. Recipe from All recipes magazine fall 2024
