Buttermilk Dressing
Recipe from Better Homes and Gardens Makes a Meal Salads

1 ¼ Cups Mayonnaise
¾ Cup buttermilk
1 TBSP snipped chives
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp white pepper
In a mixing bowl combine mayonnaise and butter milk. Stir
well blended. Stir in chives, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper.
Cover and chill before serving.
To store refrigerate, tightly covered. Stir before serving.
Make 2 cups. Dressing will keep just as long as the expiration date of the
buttermilk you use.
