This recipe comes from Searchlight recipe book. Originally publish in 1931 my copy is from 1949.
Tomato Sauce 1
2 Cups canned tomato soup
1 tsp Chopped green pepper
1 tsp chopped onion
1 tsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat tomato soup to boiling. Add onion, green pepper, and
butter. Season to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with meat.
Very Simple recipe to add on top of a meatloaf, porkchops, even a beef roast.
