Hey all this is a fun recipe for any breakfast, brunch or gathering you may be having.

Recipe from Better Homes and Gardens Brunches and Breakfasts 1989
Spiced Maple tea
2 inches Stick Cinnamon
2 2x1 inch orange peel with white removed
1 tsp whole cloves
3 cups water.
For spice bag, place cinnamon, peel, cloves on a piece of
100% cotton cheesecloth for cooking; tie into a bag. In a medium saucepan
combine water and the spice bag. Bring to boiling and reduce heat. Simmer for
10 minutes. Remove spice bag and discard.
2 tea bags
¼ cup maple flavored syrup
Pour water mixture over tea bags in a tea pot. Cover and let
steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags. Stir in the syrup and serve at once. If desired
chill the mixture and serve over ice. Makes 4 servings.
