Oven Rice
Recipe from Better Homes and Gardens Oven Meals 1974
1 Cup long grain rice
2 ¼ cups water
1 tsp salt
Place uncooked rice in a 1 ½ quart casserole. Add water and
salt. Cover and bake at 350-degees till rice is tender, about 1 hour. Fluff
rice once with fork about halfway through cooking. Makes 8 servings.
