Cheese soup
Vintage Recipe note circa 1970’s Crock Pot recipe
6 Cups water
6 chicken bouillon cubes
½ Cup onion chopped
½ cup carrots chopped
½ cup celery chopped
½ broccoli chopped
Cook until tender
Add 5 Cups milk
3 pounds of Velveeta
****I would only use 1 pound*****
Simmer for hours
This was all that was on the 2 inches by 2 inch rectangle
piece of paper.
So, it is a soup, do the things for a soup and cook in a
crock pot on low for at least 3 hours.
